Electrostatic Disinfection
EVEN COVERAGE ON HIGH-TOUCH SURFACES
Electrostatic disinfection isn’t a “magic fog.” It’s a method that improves coverage on surfaces, especially in shared spaces where touchpoints are constant. Electrostatic sprayers apply disinfectant more evenly, including the angles and edges a wipe-down misses.
It works best alongside regular cleaning, not instead of it: clean first, disinfect the high-touch zones, then keep it consistent. We schedule it as an add-on to janitorial service or as a one-time visit after illness, before an event, or ahead of a high-traffic week.
EVEN COVERAGE
Sprayers reach the angles and edges a wipe-down misses: handles, buttons, push bars.
HIGH-TOUCH FOCUS
Targets the restrooms, breakrooms, shared desks and reception areas where germs spread.
LAYERED WITH CLEANING
Clean, disinfect, maintain. It adds a higher standard to shared spaces; it does not replace cleaning.

Step 1: REQUEST A QUOTE
Tell us about the space, the shared areas that matter most, and whether this is recurring or one-time.
Step 2: SCHEDULE CONFIRMATION
We coordinate a time around your operating hours, usually after hours.
Step 3: CLEAN, THEN DISINFECT
Surfaces are cleaned first, then high-touch zones are treated with the electrostatic sprayer.
Step 4: FINAL CHECK
We confirm coverage of the agreed areas before the space reopens.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
HAVE QUESTIONS? REACH OUT

- No. Dust, grime and residue need to be removed first. Disinfection then targets the high-touch zones, and regular cleaning keeps it consistent.
- After a wave of sickness in the office, before an event or high-traffic week, when you want a higher standard for shared spaces, or when you manage multiple properties or tenants.
- If the space is cluttered and dirty, clean first. It will not remove buildup or stains, and it is not a replacement for heavy-duty deep cleaning.
- Door handles, push bars, elevator buttons, restrooms, breakrooms and shared appliances, conference rooms and shared desks, reception counters and lobby seating.
- Yes. Most clients add it to an existing schedule; it is also available as a one-time visit.
